Conditions

When paying your £60 Booking fee you are entering a contract of booking your wedding date with Bristol bridal hair. Please read the Terms and conditions before you pay.

Once we have agreed the date is available A £60 booking fee will be taken to secure your booking. Booking fees need to be paid within 48 hours.

Booking fees are payable by bank transfer. Booking fee payments are non-refundable but secure your wedding date, without this the date may be offered to other interested parties. 

Payments paid by bacs should use your name and wedding date as a reference.

Photographs and notes will be taken on the date of the trial in order to keep a clear record of your chosen look.

Trial is charged per trial, if you choose to have more than one it is £65 each time.

Trials are available Tuesdays or Saturdays-Be mindful Saturday mornings in the summer months are booked with weddings. Saturdays in the winter months are booked up first come first served. However, we can do 5pm evening appointments Tuesdays.

Travel expenses will be charged at £1 per mile to your wedding / trial destination. Parking and toll charges will be added to your final bill. You will only be charged one way.

Changes to your original booking by adding another person on to your original booking can only be accepted if time allows on your wedding day and will require prior notice. Should you wish to reduce your numbers before your wedding then the original quoted price will still be payable.

We have a minimum £250 spend for weekend wedding bookings in the summer months.

We recommend you discuss when your veil will be applied with your stylist on your trial to avoid any unexpected waiting charges. 

Hollywood waves and some other more complex hair styles require additional time, for setting hair, and or fitting and prepping extensions. If the style you desire requires more than 1 hour of styling time then £25 per 30 mins of additional work time will be added to your bill.

If you require your hairdresser to arrive before 7am then a £20 per hour charge will be added.

If you require us to move venues with you, a charge will be added in increments of £20 per 30 mins. Any additional mileage will also be added on to your booking.

In the UNLIKELY event that we cannot attend the day of your wedding due to unforeseen or unfortunate events / circumstances payments will be immediately refunded. We will work with you to find an alternative stylist.

We have full car breakdown insurance.

It remains your responsibility to check with your wedding party for contra-indications i.e; - Head lice before your wedding date. We cannot proceed on the day if any contra-indications are present.

It remains your responsibility to have to correct wedding insurance to cover you for unforeseen circumstances that may cancel your wedding day. Please check your wedding insurance for any Terms and conditions; i.e: - Covid-19.

If you cancel your booking with less than 6 months before your wedding date 50% of the remaining balance is due, if you cancel less than 6 weeks before your wedding date the full remaining balance is due.
